Qualifications
1. The Tenant-to-Buyer Program is for tenants currently renting with LHM Realty; your rental account needs to be in good standing with no late rental payments in the last 12-months.
2. No Lease violations in the last 12-months.
3. You agree to use our buyer’s Home Buying Specialist and our preferred lender during your home buying process. You review and agree to the terms and conditions included in the Residential Buyers Representation Agreement with LHM Realty. Provide a deep clean upon exiting the rental up to $500
